Results of the recent SGUL Staff Survey show that 84% of staff believe that SGUL is a good place to work, and 92% of staff enjoy their work here. The survey results reflected positively on our comprehensive Staff Development Programme and other employment benefits such as pay, pensions, generous annual leave entitlements and flexible working. Generally, results across the board compared favourably when benchmarked with seven other Higher Education Institutions.
