Student Welfare Officer

We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join the Student Services team and provide a highly professional advice and guidance service to our students. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of complex student welfare cases and will work with professional and academic colleagues to offer the best support possible. 

Key attributes of the successful applicant include: 

  • Experience of administration and advice 
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload
  • Ability to manage critical situations sensitively and efficiently 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal initiative to solve problems and improve processes
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to develop new skills
